Rent

You don't pay us at the counter.

Start an accident rental

Someone else hit you, your car is in a body shop, and you still have to get to work.

We put you in a replacement vehicle and don't ask you for payment when you collect it. We bill the at-fault insurer, your own carrier, or the settlement when your case resolves.

Where the line is

We coordinate, communicate and document at your direction. We are not a public insurance adjuster and we do not negotiate your settlement — every decision about your claim stays yours.

How payment works

Accident rentals come with flexible, deferred payment arrangements: nothing is taken at the counter, and the arrangement follows your claim and your rental agreement.

You can cancel in writing within three days at no charge.

  1. Tell us what happened. Seven short steps, most of them things you already know.

  2. We confirm coverage with the carrier and tell you what we found — including if the answer is no.

  3. You collect the car. Nothing is taken at the counter.

  4. We invoice whoever is responsible, and we keep you told.

An ordinary rental, quoted before you book.

A car for a week, a month, or while yours is being worked on — with nothing complicated attached.
