FAQ
The accident rental questions are answered first because they are usually the urgent ones.
Carrier decisions and payment outcomes are not guaranteed.Do I have to pay anything today?+
For an approved accident rental arrangement, you don't pay us at the counter. Payment is deferred and flexible, and the arrangement is explained in your rental agreement.
Who pays for the rental?+
Depending on the facts and available coverage, payment may later come through the at-fault carrier, your own carrier, settlement proceeds, or your own responsibility under the agreement.
What if the other driver's insurance says no?+
A carrier's decision can affect the available payment path. We can coordinate documents and communications at your direction, but we do not promise acceptance, authorization, or payment.
How long can I keep the car?+
The rental period depends on the agreement, vehicle availability, the repair or total-loss timeline, and the facts of the claim. We explain the applicable terms before and during the rental.
What if my case takes a year?+
A long case does not automatically mean the same rental continues for the entire case. Rental duration and payment responsibility remain governed by the rental agreement and the circumstances of the vehicle claim.
Do I need my own insurance?+
We ask for your current insurance information as part of the rental review. Any specific eligibility requirement is confirmed before the rental begins.
What happens if I damage the car?+
Your rental agreement explains your responsibility for damage. An optional damage waiver may be offered. It is not insurance.
Do you need my medical records?+
No. We never ask for your medical records. Medical records and medical billing are not part of our rental or claim-service file.
Can I get a car today?+
Possibly. Timing depends on application review, required documents, location, and current vehicle availability.
What if I don't have a credit card?+
Accident rentals are structured differently from ordinary retail rentals. Contact us so we can review the applicable rental arrangement and required documents.
Do you work with my attorney?+
Yes. If you have an attorney or case manager, you can provide their contact information. We can coordinate documents and communications while your own claim decisions remain yours.
What happens when my car is repaired?+
Contact us when the repair is complete or your vehicle becomes available. We will explain the rental return steps that apply under your agreement.
